Details: Warm-ups will be held from 8:30am - 9:00am and throughout the meet. Events will begin at 9:00 am. Water temp. will be 83 degrees. Heat sheets will be available on the NCSG website mid-September. Print & bring with you.

*Swimming the 500: Positive check-in required!!! Make sure the volunteers who checked you in know you are here. Swimmers must provide their own lap counters. Lap counting equipment is provided.

Activity Fee: $15 (for 1-6 events)
