August 5th: Last Day to add a qualified activity.  All fees must be paid in full.
August 23rd:  Cancellation deadline for the Softball Tournament.
September 2nd:  Last day to add qualified members to a Softball Team.
September 6th:  Cancellation Deadline
October 1st:  Cancellation Deadline for the Basketball Tournament.
October 18th:  Last day to add qualified members to a Basketball Team.
