Event Map and Parking

Events: Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles

When: September 30-October 2, 2025; Tuesday-Mixed Doubles, Wednesday-Men’s Singles and Doubles, Thursday - Women’s Singles & Doubles

Specific reporting times will be published in the Final Schedule.

Cancellation Deadline & Last Day to Add a Partner: September 1. (Everyone MUST be registered by August 1)

Equipment: NCSG provides required bags.

Activity Fee: $5 per event

Cornhole Details: A match will consist of 2 out of 3 games to 7 frames or 21 points. Tournament format is Single Elimination.

Bocce

Note: Bocce is now hosted behind the Clayton Community Center on BRAND NEW courts.

Event Map and Parking

When: October 1-2, 2025; Women-Wednesday; Men- Thursday. (Rain Date: October 3)

Specific reporting times will be published in the Final Schedule.

Cancelation Deadline: September 1.

Equipment: NCSG provides required balls.

Activity Fee: $5 per event

Bocce Details: Bocce is being hosted on brand new turf courts. More information about the courts are TBD. Matches will be 2 out of 3 games. Each game is divided into a maximum of 5 frames OR the first person to score 7 points, whichever comes first. If the score is tied after 5 frames, one additional frame will be played. Tournament format is Single Elimination.

Shuffleboard

Note: Shuffleboard is now hosted behind the Clayton Community Center on BRAND NEW courts.

Equipment: NCSG provides required discs & cues; participants may use their own meeting NCSG specs.

Shuffleboard Details: Shuffleboard will be hosted outdoors on brand new concrete courts. More information about the courts are TBD. Tournament format is Single Elimination.

Activity Fee: $5 per event
